MEDSKIN: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions govern your use of the services provided by MedSkin ( Dr Inma Mauri-Sole). By booking an appointment or receiving treatment at our clinic, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Medical consultation and disclosure

  • All patients must provide any information requested prior to consultation and treatment.

  • You are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical information, including conditions, allergies, medications, and previous treatments, which may affect your suitability for treatment.

  • Failure to provide accurate and complete medical information may impact your safety and could lead to complications, for which the clinic is not liable.

  • You agree to inform the Medical Practitioner and clinic staff of any changes in your health status after booking a procedure.

2. Medical Photography:

  • Medical photographs (including dermoscopic images) may be taken during your consultation for diagnostic and monitoring purposes and before and after medical and aesthetic procedures.

  • Consent will be implied unless you specifically state otherwise.

3. Treatment and consent

  • Treatment will commence only after a payment plan is agreed upon.

  • Treatment procedures carry inherent risks and potential side effects, which will be discussed during your consultation.

  • Valid, informed consent is required before any treatment, acknowledging that results may vary and are not guaranteed.

  • The clinic retains the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if deemed professionally unsuitable.

4. Appointment cancellations and payment

  • A £50 charge will be made at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment, as late arrival may reduce appointment  duration or there may be a need to reschedule your appointment.

  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling; otherwise, a cancellation fee will apply ( deposit amount).

  • If you are unwell, the clinic reserves the right to cancel or postpone your treatment.

  • Payment of final balance will be invoiced via email after the consultation or treatment

  • Payment should be made by bank transfer within 15 days or invoicing.

5. Liability

  • The clinic is not liable for failures due to events beyond its control, such as acts of nature or civil unrest.

  • We are not liable negative outcomes resulting from your failure to follow instructions or advice.

6. Website and digital information

  • Our website and digital content are provided "as is".

  • Misuse of our website, including introducing viruses or attempting unauthorized access, is prohibited.

  • Your information (including medical, personal data and images) is securely stored in a separate server.

7. General

  • These terms may be amended at any time, with updates posted on our website.
